Privacy Policy

Wealth Wife does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
What the app stores
Wealth Wife keeps the rules you write, the goals you create, the activities you log, the comparisons you save, and your settings. All of it is written to your device using Apple's on-device storage and never leaves it.
There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and no way for anyone else — including me — to see what you have recorded.
What the app does not do
- It does not connect to a bank, a broker, or any financial account.
- It does not move, hold, or invest money. Every transfer is something you do yourself, in another app.
- It does not send your activity, goals, or amounts anywhere. It has no networking code at all.
- It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party software development kits.
- It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Permissions
Wealth Wife asks for two things, both optional, and only at the moment you turn on the feature that needs them.
Notifications. If you turn on reminders, or ask to be told when an activity reaches a target or a limit, those are scheduled on your device and delivered by iOS. Nothing is sent through a server, and no notification content leaves your iPhone.
Face ID or Touch ID. If you turn on the optional passcode lock, you can unlock with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing four digits. The app never sees your face, your fingerprint, or your iPhone passcode — it asks iOS, and iOS answers only yes or no.
Either can be changed at any time in iOS Settings, and declining them leaves the rest of the app working normally.
Wealth Wife does not ask for your calendar, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health data, or location, and it does not use the advertising identifier — so the "Allow app to track" prompt never appears.
Links to other apps and websites
When you finish an activity you can choose where you keep the money, and the app will copy the amount and open that app or website for you. Copying and opening is all it does: it sends nothing to them, receives nothing back, and cannot see any account. You type or paste the amount yourself. Once you leave, that company's own privacy policy applies, and Wealth Wife has no commercial relationship with any of them.
Exporting your own data
Settings includes an option to export what you have logged as a spreadsheet file. The file is made on your iPhone and handed to the standard iOS share sheet, where you choose what happens to it — save it to Files, mail it to yourself, open it in a spreadsheet app, or cancel.
This is the only way anything you have recorded can leave your iPhone, and it only happens because you asked for it and chose where it went. Wealth Wife does not upload the file, keep a copy of it, or see where you send it.
Purchases
Wealth Wife is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment and receives your purchase information; the app never sees your payment details. Apple's privacy policy covers that part.
Deleting your data
Settings includes an option to delete everything in the app. Deleting the app from your iPhone also removes all of it.
Because nothing is stored anywhere but your device, deletion is permanent. There is no backup and nothing can be recovered.
One thing is deliberately kept apart from the rest: if you set the optional passcode, it and its recovery code are stored in the iOS keychain rather than alongside your entries. That means deleting everything in the app does not delete them, and an iPhone backup does not carry them to another device. Neither is ever sent anywhere, and the app never shows the recovery code on the lock screen — it only checks what you type against it.
Children
Wealth Wife is not directed at children, and it collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Since the app collects nothing, any change would be about how the app works rather than about data being gathered.
